- One medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, damaged along the right-hand edge and with some holes throughout; written on one side; the back is blank. On the front, there are 21 lines written along the fibres, the last being very fragmentary; 2 lines were added in the left margin, running across the fibres from top to bottom. Upper, left and part of the right margin survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
