- Portion of a medium-to-dark-brown papyrus reused as mummy cartonnage, broken off on the right and left; with surface damage throughout and plaster residues on the back. On the front, there are portions of 3 columns written along the fibres; of the first, there survive the ends of few lines; the second is the best preserved and consists of 22 lines; of the third, the beginnings of 20 lines remain. The modern annotation in red refers to the publication in P.Hib. On the back, there are few traces of writing, covered with plaster. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
