A sheet lacking its portion on the right-hand side from the same ‘pasted roll’ (tomos synkollesimos) as Papyrus 3058 (P.Oxy. XXVII 2475) and Papyrus 3059 (P.Oxy. XXVII 2476); written on one side along the fibres, containing one column numbered as ‘4’ (delta) on top, with the heading letter and tachygraphic marks at the end being in lighter ink than the rest of the text. A few small wormholes are visible; a small portion of surface is damaged on the right-hand side.
