- Contract drawn up before Hermias in the notarial office of Pathyris, recording that 1 ¾ aruras of land in the plain of Pathyris have been given from Nechthanoupis to Peteharsemtheus and his brothers. Reference to a Demotic contract concerning a sale of land is made.

Papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, with only few small insect holes and minor surface damage in few places. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There is one column of 26 lines, the last of which is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. All margins are extant.; the blank space at the bottom measures 65 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
