Medium-brown papyrus roll of fine quality, complete and well preserved, with a few holes along the upper edge; written on both sides. On the front, there are three columns; the first has 5 lines written across the fibres on the first sheet of the roll, which displays vertical fibres; the other two columns are wide and have 10 lines. Margins are extant and sheet-joins are visible. On the back, there is a short line written along the fibres at the bottom. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame with an opening for the text on the verso.

On the front, there are two columns of 15 and 16 lines respectively. The upper margin is extant, the other margins partly survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Six fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The fragments preserve parts of at least 6 columns. Fragment 1 bears portions of 2 columns, the second being better preserved, with the lower margin; fragment 2 contains parts of 2 columns and the lower margin; fragment 3 and fragment 6 join and preserve 2 columns, the first being very fragmentary, with further letters on the right margin; fragment 4 only bears a few letters from 4 lines; fragment 5 preserves a portion of one column. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Portions of the last two columns of book 2 of the Iliad survive; the first fragment from the left contains few letters of 17 lines, with a small trace of another line at the top; the surface is rubbed in places; the second, third and fourth fragments bear parts of the second column, with upper and lower margins partly preserved.
