Papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, written along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears a three-line docket; on the front there is a column of 27 lines, the last of which is indented and separated by some blank space and paragraphus. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 70 mm. Litlle space was left blank also between lines 3 and 4. There is a sheet-join running along the height of the sheet in the right edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
