- One medium-brown papyrus sheet and three papyrus fragments, broken off on all sides; bearing writing on one side with the exception of the lower left, which is a fragment of another papyrus, light-brown, and has portions of 3 lines written across the fibres on the back. On the front, the largest fragment preserves 14 lines written along the fibres; the two smaller fragments at the bottom right bear the beginnings of two lines and one line respectively, running along the fibres; the bottom left fragment has few letters from two lines, written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Twenty-five papyrus fragments from mummy cartonnage (traces of plaster), housed in the same glass frame:
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+10: Nine fragments of the same incomplete papyrus, written on both sides (22+15+7+5+3+3 lines along the fibres on recto, 35+7+8+5+2+2 lines against the fibres on verso). On the verso, the text is divided in at least three columns and part of the lower margin is visible. Wrong side up in the frame (presumably because the verso contains the most interesting text).
