- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, imperfect at the bottom, complete on the sides; the writing runs on both sides. On the front, there are 26 lines written along the fibres; left and right margins are minimal. A sheet-join runs along the right edge. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres, the sheet having been rotated 90 degrees. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
