Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and left; with few small insect holes and minor surface damage in the left edge, but well preserved as to the rest. Writing is on one side along the fibres. 16 lines survive, some of which lack the beginnings; of the first line only few traces remain. The lower margin measures approximately 50 mm; no margin was left to the right; the other margins are lost. There is a sheet-join running across the fibres and along the height of the sheet at c. 10 mm from the left edge. Vertical and horizontal folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
