Papyrus sheet from mummy cartonnage, mutilated at the top and bottom, and with some surface damage and plaster residue; written on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front bears 20 lines, the back, rotated 180 degrees, has 22 lines; the last two lines are written the other way up; the modern annotation refers to the mummy from which the papyrus comes.
