Papyrus sheet, cut to host the text on the back; it displays some surface damage at the top (front), but it is well preserved as to the rest. Writing runs across the fibres on both sides. The front bears 15 lines; the text breaks off at the top and bottom. Line 2 was written in ink that turned brown. The text on the back is complete and is arranged in two columns under a heading. The ink has turned brown. All margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
