- Beginning of an acknowledgement of a loan of money, the borrowers being Aurelius Chiedes and his mother Sophia, and the lender Aurelia Nemesilla, all of Hermopolis. The borrowers had formerly contracted another debt.

Upper portion of a papyrus sheet, lacking the lower left corner too and with few insect holes; written on both sides. The front bears 14 lines and traces of an additional line at the bottom; upper and right margins are preserved, the left margin survives opposite lines 1-7. A sheet-join runs from top to bottom along the right edge. On the back there is one line parallel to the fibres, and traces of 4 lines, much effaced, running against the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
