Two papyrus fragments that do not belong together, bearing writing on one side, the back being blank; mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.
Left papyrus (A): Left-hand portion of a papyrus, medium-brown, broken off at the top; the beginnings of 10 lines written across the fibres survive, with traces of another line at the top. Left and lower margins are extant. Horizontal folds are visible. Three fragments of the same letter are now at the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, inventoried as 13336 f and published as P.Ross.Georg. IV 9. The fragments preserve the right-hand portion of lines 7-10.
Right papyrus (B): Right-hand portion of a papyrus, medium-brown, broken off at the top and with holes regularly distributed along the right and left edges. The ends of 8 lines written across the fibres survive, with the lower margin. No margin was left on the right.
