Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged by insect holes throughout; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The front contains two columns, both of which break off at the bottom. Of each column 14 lines survive; in the second, traces of an additional line are visible at the bottom. Upper and side margins are extant. A sheet-join runs across the fibres and along the height of the sheet at c. 65 mm from the left edge. Vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
