- Light-brown papyrus sheet in poor condition, lacking part of its lower portion and with loss to the left and right; it is torn at the edges. The text is incomplete and runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; from line 29, lines are badly mutilated. Strips of horizontal fibres are missing, with the layer of vertical fibres underneath visible in places. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
