The donkey driver Horus acknowledges receipt of some goods, which the papyrus does not preserve, from Charmus, representative of Asclepiades, the financial official (oikonomos) of the Arsinoite nome. Double document, with the inner text being a shorter version.

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, reused for mummy cartonnage, broken off at the bottom, lacking the upper right corner and with surface damage in places; written on one side across the fibres. The beginnings of 8 lines remain, with line 8 being mutilated. Blank space separates lines 2 and 3. Upper and left margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Four papyrus fragments from mummy cartonnage, written on one side along the fibres, the back bearing no writing, and mounted in the same glass case.

Upper papyrus (Papyrus 565): Top of a sheet, with surface damage in the preserved portion; 9 lines remain, some of which fragmentary and rubbed; side and upper margins survive.

Second and third papyrus (Papyrus 564) from top: Two fragments, presumably from the same sheet. The first preserves the upper portion of the sheet, and lacks the upper right corner; with 6 lines; of the first 3 lines only the beginnings remain; upper and left margins survive, right margin minimal. Papyrus 564 lacks part of its right portion, and is damaged and rubbed throughout; it bears 20 lines.

Lower papyrus: Fragment of a sheet, with 6 lines, complete with the exception of line 1, which is fragmentary. Side margins are extant.

Two joining fragments of a papyrus sheet from mummy cartonnage, broken off at the bottom and right, lacking the upper right corner of the preserved portion and with some surface damage; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The beginnings of 16 lines from the top of a column remain; left and upper margins survive. A trace of ink is visible in the left margin opposite line 14. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Upper left papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, slightly damaged on the left; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 10 lines, the back is blank.

Second papyrus at the top (B): Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, damaged along the right edge; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 9 lines, with traces of another line at the bottom; the back is blank.

Upper right papyrus (C): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete on the right, with surface damage; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears the ends of 6 lines, the back is blank.

Lower left papyrus (D): Long and narrow papyrus sheet, with some surface damage and plaster residue; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears 10 lines followed by some blank space and another 6 lines in another hand. The back is blank.

Second papyrus at the bottom (E): Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off on the left; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the ends of 15 lines, with blank space between lines 3 and 4. The back is blank.
