Papyrus sheet, medium-dark brown, lacking the lower left corner and with holes throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 13 lines, complete; some blank space separates line 12 from line 13. The right margin is irregular and minimal; the other margins are imperfect. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
