- Receipt acknowledging the payment of 134 ½ solidi made by the people of Aphrodito through Ioannes, a tax-official (hypodektes), on account of taxes. With subscription of Heliodorus, a financial official (chrysones) of the province of the Thebaid at the end.

Papyrus slip, dark brown, fragmentary on the sides and with surface damage; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 7 lines written across the fibres; the first and second are fragmentary. Margins partly survive. Horizontal folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
