- Anonymous communication to an unnamed addressee with the request to ask Dionysodorus to order that deliveries of various types of grain should be accepted on a proportional basis. The grain-collectors are at fault, as they ought to have defined the quantities themselves.

- Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved. On the front, there are 19 lines written along the fibres, complete; all margins are extant and ample. A sheet-join runs along the right edge. On the back, there are some traces of ink, possibly set-offs. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
