There are 11 lines, few of which lack the beginnings. Upper and lower margins measure c. 20 mm; the left margin survives opposite lines 1-5 and measures 15 mm. No margin was left to the right. The front bears one column of 22 lines lacking the ends; a sheet-join runs along the height of the sheet in the right edge; the upper margin measures 25 mm, the left and lower c. 10 mm. The back has one column of 2 lines and a word next to it written in the left-hand portion. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Fragment of a papyrus slip from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue, lacking the left-hand portion and with surface damage. It was folded in half. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The ends of 5 lines remain, with a modern annotation at the top, indicating the mummy case from which the papyrus derives. A small fragment has been inserted upside down in the gap in line 2, amd does not belong to the papyrus. Upper and lower margins measure 20 mm and 10 mm respectively; the right margin is minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Upper papyrus (A): Broken off at the bottom and damaged along the edges; covered with plaster residue; 9 lines written along the fibres on the front, with only few traces of the last; on the back there is one word running along the fibres. Left and upper margins measure c.10 mm.

Lower papyrus (B): Broken off to the right and damaged at the top and left; the original papyrus might have been 320 mm wide, in which case slightly half of the text would be lost. On the front there are 5 lines written across the fibres, with upper, lower and left margins measuring c.15 mm; on the back there is one word running along the fibres, written the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

Writing runs across the fibres on the front and along them on the back; the back bears traces of one column with 3 lines in the left part, and one word next to it. On the front there 4 lines, mutilated. Margins are extant; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Upper papyrus (A): Fragment of a sheet bearing writing on both sides. On the front there are 2 lines written across the fibres; upper and left margins measure 25 mm. On the back there is one word parallel to the fibres, written the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

Papyrus in the middle (B): Fragment from the top of a sheet, with remains of 3 lines written along the fibres on the front; traces of another line at the bottom remain. The upper margin survives to 18 mm. The fragment is mounted on cardboard.

Lower papyrus (C): Upper portion of a sheet, with detached fragment being the upper right corner; with some holes and plaster residue. The front bears 5 lines, with a blank of 25 mm between lines 3 and 4; the upper margin measures 20 mm, and the left 10 mm. The back bears one word parallel to the fibres, written the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

The modern annotation at the top left refers to the mummy from which the papyrus comes. The back bears two lines and, after a blank, a word, written along the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text of the front.

Lower papyrus (B): Right-hand portion of a papyrus, preserving the ends of 5 lines running against the fibres; the upper margin measures 15 mm, the lower 20 mm and the right 10 mm. The back is blank.
