Fragment of a papyrus sheet, reused for mummy cartonnage, broken off at the bottom, lacking the upper right corner and with surface damage in places; written on one side across the fibres. The beginnings of 8 lines remain, with line 8 being mutilated. Blank space separates lines 2 and 3. Upper and left margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
