Papyrus sheet, almost square, with surface damage along the horizontal folds; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete, and consists of 9 lines; all margins are extant, the right and upper being minimal; in the lower edge, a trace of a letter is visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
