Dark-brown papyrus sheet, mutilated on the left and right and with some surface damage; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Portions of 25 lines survive. The lower margin is extant and measures 45 mm, the upper margin is partly preserved, the side margins are lost. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
