Four small papyrus sheets, with writing on one side along the fibres; the ink of the text on the front is visible on the back. The fragments are mounted in the same glass frame.
Upper left papyrus (A): Square-shaped, with surface damage and blotted; 6 lines.
Upper right papyrus (B): Square-shaped, with 7 lines, somewhat blurred.
Lower left papyrus (C): Square-shaped, damaged by holes and blotted; 6 lines and original clay seal.
Lower right papyrus (D): Damaged by holes, with 7 lines and original clay seal.
