Two fragments of a papyrus roll, of which an additional portion is housed in the Sackler Library, Oxford, published as P.Oxy. LIV 3772. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Six columns are preserved: the left fragment contains four columns of different lenghths, the first badly mutilated and the fourth somewhat damaged to the right. The right fragment contains portions of two columns, broken off at the bottom. The Oxford fragment might have come in between these two fragments, between the fourth and the fifth column. The fragments are mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

The front bears 12 lines running along the fibres, some of which are damaged; traces of another line are visible at the bottom. Lower and left margins are extant, the upper is damaged; no margin was left to the right. The back bears one line written along the fibres in the upper half of the sheet and lacking the beginning. The papyrus is housed in glass frame.

Left-hand portion of a medium-brown papyrus, darker in places; complete at the top, bottom and left; with some damage along two horizontal folds; zig-zag break on the right; written on both sides. On the front, there are 14 lines written across the fibres and lacking the ends. Lower, right and upper margins are extant. On the back, there are two lines written along the fibres upside down in relation to each other. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame with an opening to show the text on the back.
