Contains two groups of documents. The first group relate to the administration of the Literary Fund - to financial matters, governance and interactions both with government and with other societies. The second group consists of a series of brief resolutions made by the Committee of the Literary Fund on the resignations or deaths of particularly valued officers (or, in the case of the Countess Stanhope, wives of officers).
