- Papyrus, mutilated on the left, with insect-holes and abrasion in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front there are two columns 155 and 115 mm wide; the first has 30 lines, some of which are very mutilated, the second 11 lines, complete, followed by ample blank space. Margins are extant, the upper being damaged. Four vertical folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
