- Isidora, who leases baths, complains to Zenon that Maron is doing her wrong by demanding a sum of money from her, and asks Zenon to investigate the matter; an interruption of water supply for nine days had occurred, for which she had quarrelled with Zenon.

- Light-brown papyrus sheet, long and narrow, of poor quality, torn along the right edge; written on one side, the back being blank. There are 27 lines across the fibres, some of which lack the final letters. Blank space separates line 19 from line 20. Upper and left margins are minimal, the lower margin is extant, the right is lost. An irregular sheet-join is visible along the width of the sheet, above line 20. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
