Papyrus sheet, complete, with few small insect holes. Writing runs on both sides: the back contains a one-line docket written along the fibres in the lower margin and two faded lines written across the fibres. The front bears 13 lines, complete, with blank space of 50-55 mm between lines 7 and 8. All margins are extant. Vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
