Papyrus sheet, broken off to the left, with a detached fragment, damaged by holes and abrasion in places. Writing runs across the fibres on the front and along them on the back. On the front there is one wide column of 33 lines, all lacking the beginnings, with some blank space between lines 30 and 31; the lower margin measures 85 mm. On the back there are three lines and traces of other lines in the lower half. The seals that were attached to the papyrus have not been preserved. There are modern annotations on both sides; the number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. III. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
