On the front, there are eleven lines from the top of a column written along the fibres, the last being very fragmentary; left and right margins are minimal. The first 3 lines run across the fibres, the fourth line, written in the lower half of the piece runs against the fibres. Margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Upper Papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus strip, damaged at the bottom; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears 3 lines, the last of which is fragmentary; the back is blank. The sheet was folded from the bottom upwards.

Lower papyrus (B): Right-hand fragment of a papyrus of medium colour, broken off on the other sides; written on one side across the fibres; the front bears the ends of 5 lines, and traces of another line at the top and another line at the bottom remain; the right margin survives.
