- Beginning of a one-year lease of 30 arourae of land in Paeimis, the lessor being Theon, son of Theon, of the catoecic cavalry, and the lessee Apollonius alias Harbichis. The latter shall sow half of the land with wheat and half with aracus.

Upper portion of a papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres; the top margin measures up to 32 mm, the left one up to 20 mm and the right one is minimal. Mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
