- Letter to Zenon from Iatrocles, presumably the agent of Apollonius, chief minister of the finances (dioiketes). The content is unclear, but concerns a delivery; Zenon is also asked to send something. The address is on the back.

- Left-hand portion of a light-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the top, bottom and left;
with some damage along the horizontal folds; written on both sides. The front bears the beginnings of 4 lines running across the fibres, with 10-12 letters lost on the right; left, upper and lower margins are extant and generous. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres in the lower portion of the sheet the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
