Two papyrus fragments that do not belong together, bearing writing on one side only; mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.
Upper papyrus (Papyrus 815): Fragment of a papyrus roll, darkened at the top, broken off on all sides and with surface damage throughout; there remain portions of three columns, and the second is the best preserved. No margin survives; the intercolumn is minimal. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Fay.
Lower papyrus (Papyrus 816): Fragment of papyrus roll, broken off at all sides, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Portions of two consecutive columns are preserved; of the first, the ends of 5 lines remain; of the second the beginnings of 8 lines. Each column would have had 34 lines. The intercolumn survives. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Fay.
