Eight fragments of varying size not belonging together, housed in a glass frame.
Upper left papyrus (A): Papyrus strip, complete on the left, broken off on the other sides; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears the beginnings of 3 lines; the back is blank.
Second papyrus at the top (B): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, complete at the top; written on both sides. The front bears portions of 11 lines running along the fibres, the back contains parts of 11 lines written across the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front.
Third papyrus from the left (C): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, complete on the right; written on both sides. The front bears the ends of 11 lines running along the fibres; the back contains parts of 7 lines written across the fibres.
Lower left papyrus (D): Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the bottom and left, damaged at the top; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears portions of 5 lines; a sheet-join runs vertically. The back is blank.
Small fragment to the right (E): Small fragment from the same papyrus as Papyrus 641, complete at the bottom; placed upside down in the frame; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears a few letters from 3 lines, the back is blank.
Second papyrus from the bottom left (F): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the bottom; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears parts of 6 lines, with a small trace from another line at the top. The back is blank.
Third papyrus from the bottom left (G): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, complete at the bottom, broken off on all other sides; written on one side along the fibres; the front bears a few letters from 2 lines, and a trace from another line at the top. The back is blank.
Lower right papyrus (H): Lower right corner of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the ends of 5 lines; the lower margin is ample. The back is blank.
