Papyrus sheet, fully preserved, with darker spots and slightly damaged along the right edge. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text consists of a column of 23 lines. All margins are preserved, the right being minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 62 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
