Fragments of a papyrus roll, broken along the horizontal fold, darkened in places, especially to the left, and with surface damage throughout; it breaks off to the right. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, with the back being blank. The text is arranged in two columns, separated by approximately 13-25 mm. From line 11, the first column comprises two columns, of which the first has 4 short lines, and the second 7 lines. Upper and left margins are extant. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
