- Two non-contiguous fragments of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, slightly abraded in places and damaged by insect holes; writing runs along the fibres on both sides. On the front, there are 11 lines, with traces of another line at the bottom; upper and side margins survive. On the back there is one line written in the upper part of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
