Fragments of two papyrus sheets that do not belong together, from mummy cartonnage, bearing writing on both sides; mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame, with two openings showing the text on the back.

Upper papyrus (A): Broken off at the bottom and damaged along the edges; covered with plaster residue; 9 lines written along the fibres on the front, with only few traces of the last; on the back there is one word running along the fibres. Left and upper margins measure c.10 mm.

Lower papyrus (B): Broken off to the right and damaged at the top and left; the original papyrus might have been 320 mm wide, in which case slightly half of the text would be lost. On the front there are 5 lines written across the fibres, with upper, lower and left margins measuring c.15 mm; on the back there is one word running along the fibres, written the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

Two larger fragments (A-B) and three detached scraps (C-E) of a papyrus slip from mummy cartonnage, which broke along the vertical fold. Writing runs across the fibres on the front and along them on the back; the back bears traces of one column with 3 lines in the left part, and one word next to it. On the front there 4 lines, mutilated. Margins are extant; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Upper papyrus (A): Fragment of a sheet bearing writing on both sides. On the front there are 2 lines written across the fibres; upper and left margins measure 25 mm. On the back there is one word parallel to the fibres, written the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

Papyrus in the middle (B): Fragment from the top of a sheet, with remains of 3 lines written along the fibres on the front; traces of another line at the bottom remain. The upper margin survives to 18 mm. The fragment is mounted on cardboard.

Lower papyrus (C): Upper portion of a sheet, with detached fragment being the upper right corner; with some holes and plaster residue. The front bears 5 lines, with a blank of 25 mm between lines 3 and 4; the upper margin measures 20 mm, and the left 10 mm. The back bears one word parallel to the fibres, written the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

Upper papyrus (A): With surface damage and holes throughout; the front bears 5 lines written across the fibres; upper and left margins measure 13 mm, the lower margin measures 20 mm. The modern annotation at the top left refers to the mummy from which the papyrus comes. The back bears two lines and, after a blank, a word, written along the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text of the front.

Lower papyrus (B): Right-hand portion of a papyrus, preserving the ends of 5 lines running against the fibres; the upper margin measures 15 mm, the lower 20 mm and the right 10 mm. The back is blank.

A blank of 15 mm separates lines 6 and 7. Lower and left margins measure c. 30 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

There are two columns, the first of 16 lines, with only few scanty traces of the last; of the second column, only the beginnings of 5 lines remain.The left margin measures 40 mm and the upper 30 mm. The front bears 20 lines, the back, rotated 180 degrees, has 22 lines; the last two lines are written the other way up; the modern annotation refers to the mummy from which the papyrus comes.
