Four fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, the second of which is darker. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. A few letters are lost in between the fragments. The first three fragments contain portions of one wide column; the fourth fragment, which is abraded in places, preserves the last letter of the first column and a second column, still incomplete; traces of ink are also visible at the right edge, which belong to another column, now lost; the blank space between the columns measures 10 mm. The upper margin measures 15-20 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Upper, right and lower margins are extant, the right being minimal; the left margin is much damaged. There is one wide column of 27 lines in Greek, all lacking the beginnings, and an additional line in Demotic at the end, complete. Papyrus sheet, bearing writing on both sides, along the fibres on the recto and across them on the verso. The recto preserves three columns, the first only having the ends of the lines; 24-36 mm were left blank at the top, 22-27 mm at the right and 15-20 mm at the bottom. On the verso there are three complete columns. The surface is abraded in places and damaged by holes. Seven vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.

Two papyrus fragments that do not belong together housed in one glass case.

Left fragment (A): Broken off at the bottom, with holes and surface damage; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. 12 lines survive.

Right fragment (B): Broken off at the bottom, damaged by holes; with writing on both sides along the fibres. On the front, a strip of vertical fibres is visible in the upper poriotn of the sheet. The back was rotated 90 degrees and contains one line and a red stamp. The front bears the top of a column, of which 10 lines survive.
