- Acknowledgment by Aurelius Pecysis, a sailor of the Antaiopolite nome, of a four-year lease of a boat with a capacity of about 300 artabas, which he is renting from Flavius Theodorus, son of Menas. The description of the boat is provided. The document was written by Dioscorus.

The front bears the top of a column, with no line being complete. The upper margin survives; no margin was left to the right. A sheet-join is visible at c. 40 mm from the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
