- Papyrus sheet, medium-dark brown, complete but damaged along the left edge and with holes and abrasion in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are 16 lines running along the fibres; upper, lower and right margins are extant; the left is damaged. Vertical folds are visible. On the back, there are 2 lines written along the fibres at the top, and remains of 5 lines written across the fibres at the bottom. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
