- A memorandum to Zenon from Sosicrates, concerning runaway slaves belonging to a certain Paideas: Zenon is asked to hold them should he come across them, and to write to Sosicrates. Detailed descriptions of the slaves, who are Lycian, Babylonian and Median, are given.

- Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, with only a few holes in the lower portion; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 24 lines along the fibres, with some blank space left between lines 6 and 7, 10 and 11, 15 and 16, 21 and 22. Margins are extant; the left is irregular because the text is indented from line 7 to the end; the right margin is irregular too and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
