Papyrus sheet, almost complete; broken off at the bottom, well preserved as to the rest, with only minor surface damage in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 21 lines, with the last mutilated. Upper and side margins are extant. The left margin measures c. 25 mm and the upper c. 20 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
