Upper papyrus (A): Upper right corner of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, damaged by holes regularly distributed on the right-hand half; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the ends of 6 lines; the upper margin is extant, the right margin is minimal. The back is blank.
Lower papyrus (B): Medium-brown papyrus sheet with detached scrap, broken off at the top and left, damaged along the other edges as well; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the ends of 11 lines. Part of the lower margin is extant. The back is blank.

Upper papyrus (A): Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus, complete on the right, broken off at the top, bottom and left; written on one side along the fibres. On the front, there are portions of one column and the line ends of the preceding column. The back is blank.
Lower papyrus (B): Fragment of a papyrus sheet, the left-hand portion of which is Papyrus 1712(A); written on one side along the fibres and preserving parts of 12 lines; the upper margins is extant. The back is blank.

- Fragmentary lease of a two-storey house located in Antinoopolis at a monthly rent of three-hundred myriads of silver; the lessee is Aurelius Ioannes, son of Salamas and Euphemia, of Alexandria, whose subscription is at the end. The back bears traces of an account.
