Light-brown papyrus sheet, fully preserved, with a few wormholes in its lower portion and the surface slightly abraded. Writing runs on both sides along the fibres, the back having a one-line docket. On the front one line was written across the fibres from top to bottom in the left margin. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
