Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged at the top left; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 11 lines, complete; traces of further writing is visible at the bottom. Upper and left margins are extant; no margin was left to the right. Two dark dots are visible in the upper left margin. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
