Square-shaped papyrus sheet, pale brown, complete but damaged by insect holes, especially at the bottom left; written on both sides along the fibres, the back bearing two lines in the upper half of the sheet and modern annotations. On the front, there are 22 lines, the last of which are mutilated at the beginning; 3 additional lines were written across the fibres along the left margin. The margins are minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
