A papyrus of good quality, originally rolled from right to left, lacking part of its left portion and damaged along the vertical folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; the text consists of one broad column of 22 lines. The upper margin measures 15 mm, the lower 60 mm, the right 35 mm and the left is not preserved. Three sheet-joins are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
