- Papyrus sheet, broken off to the left, with insect holes and abrasion in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are portions of 12 lines, all lacking the beginning, for a loss of c. 35 letters; at least one column must have preceded. The upper and lower margins survive, no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
